Christmas Potluck & Parish Social – A Celebration of Joy and Unity

Last Sunday, following the 10:30 a.m. Mass, the Parish Hall of St. Mary’s and St. Ann’s Parish was filled with joy, laughter, and the warmth of community as parishioners gathered for the Christmas Potluck and Parish Social. It was truly heartwarming to see families, seniors, youth, and especially our children coming together to celebrate the season of Christmas.

The children were overjoyed by a special visit from Santa Claus, who brought smiles and festive cheer to everyone present. The kids actively participated in catechism activities and happily received Christmas gifts from Santa, making the celebration even more memorable for them.

The potluck table beautifully reflected the spirit of love and unity within our parish, as parishioners generously shared a variety of homemade dishes prepared with care. This sharing of food and fellowship was a true sign of communion and togetherness, reminding us of the deeper meaning of Christmas.

Fr. Stephen Lobo OCD, Pastor, along with the Parish Council and the faithful congregation, did a wonderful job in organizing this joyful event. The Pastor expressed his heartfelt gratitude to each and every person who played a vital role—through planning, preparation, participation, and generous service—in making this Christmas Potluck and Parish Social a great success.

May the joy and blessings of Christmas continue to enrich our parish community.
